Return & Store Credit Policy
Rayos Jewelry
At Rayos Jewelry, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we offer returns for store credit under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or purchased.
* Items must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or misuse.
* All original packaging, tags, receipts, certificates, and accessories must be included.
Store Credit Policy
If the item does not have a manufacturing defect, approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be provided for non-defective items.
* Store credit may be used toward any future purchase at Rayos Jewelry and does not expire.
Manufacturing Defects
If a piece is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, Rayos Jewelry will inspect the item and may offer:
Repair,
Replacement,
Store credit at our discretion,
* OR Refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized jewelry
Special orders
* Resized or modified items
* Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
* Clearance or discounted items
Inspection Process
All returned items are subject to inspection by Rayos Jewelry before store credit is issued. Rayos Jewelry reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect. Rayos Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
